The phases of an interior design project
1. Customer Analysis
We will visit the space of the project with the client and we will carry out a creative briefing with which we lay the groundwork to create ideas that point to the right target.
We will compile customer needs, desires, tastes, hobbies and lifestyle to get to know the customer as much as possible and put ourselves in their place.
2. Elaboration of the preliminary project.
With all the information gathered previously, we will take measurements of the site and carry out a study of all the elements that condition the final design; investigation of possible materials, study of the location of the house and its surroundings.
We will develop the preliminary project and present plans with possible distributions and a more conceptual proposal in which we begin to define general characteristics of the space to be designed, references of similar projects already executed, sensations to be transmitted, colours, textures, moodboards with physical or visual samples.
Based on the program of needs and project in this phase, a calculation will be made of the estimated budget of the total investment to be made.
3. Execution of the project.
In this phase, execution plans are developed, in which the final ideas will be expressed and which will serve as a guide for all the trades that are going to work on the site.
There will be a study of design, choice of furniture and decoration (fabrics, ceramics and household items), custom-made furniture, study and research of lighting for energy savings and 3D images to bring as close as possible to the customer to the final result.
We prepare all the necessary documents for the approval of licenses, we provide a detailed budget of the works and furniture for the approval of the client and we prepare a team of builders and craftsmen according to the nature of the project and our philosophy.
4. Site management.
There will be a schedule of work on site and a schedule of the same.
We will carry out all the orders and stockpiling of necessary materials. We will make a follow-up of the work with visits for a coordination/supervision of the professionals that intervene in the same one and an exhaustive follow-up of the manufacture of handcrafted furniture and made to measure.
In this final phase, we carry out the assembly of the furniture and the decoration to leave the house ready to enter to live.
